For auto accident patients, auto insurance with a personal injury protection policy will cover all treatment with zero out-of-pocket expense, even if the accident was your fault.

No PIP insurance coverage?  No problem!  Cash payment plans are available for patients at time of service.  We have interest-free financing and cash plans to fit the needs of our patients. 

For those who elect to be represented by an attorney, or do not have medical insurance coverage, the Spine Center may accept a Medical Lien for treatment (on a case-by-case basis).  This would allow for you to receive treatment at no out-of-pocket cost to you.  Incurred bills will be paid by your attorney upon the settlement of your claim.

For work related injuries: at the Spokane Spine Center, we are registered with the Department of Labor and Industries to provide care for injured workers under your open claim.  We frequently work with Occupational Medical clinics and can provide you with therapy to get you back to work as soon as possible.  If you currently have an L&I physician, we are happy to obtain authorization to work closely with this doctor while providing your therapy.  If you have not been assigned a primary doctor or need a new doctor to handle your claim, we are certified and welcome the opportunity to obtain authorization from your claims manager to become the primary provider on your case.

For private health insurance, we would be happy to verify the extent of your coverage and let you know what services are covered by your health insurance policy (including co-pay & deductible amounts, visit limitations, etc), prior to receiving treatment.  We are an “in-network” provider with nearly all major health insurance companies.  Unfortunately, we are unable to bill for state medical (DSHS/Medical Coupons) or Molina, as the primary carrier, at this time.
